Some references to her as an adult that demonstrate her life skills. Congratulate her on choosing such a good partner. Give the groom a little advice on how to deal with her rare foibles. Lots of humour. In good taste.
Eulogy
Describe your relationship to the deceased, any activities you did together, notable achievements and range of interests, how viewed and valued by family, friends, colleagues. What will be missed. Some humour is in order. Check facts with the family. This should be an informative speech.

String of anecdotes marking activities, achievements, ‘disasters’, the fun. Keep the stories short. Don’t get carried away.
Introducing the speaker
Short profile of the speaker, pleased to introduce him/her, introduce the topic but very briefly indeed, don’t steal speaker’s thunder. Objective is to make the speaker feel welcome and build expectation in the audience.
